What I truly like about this clip is that it demonstrates that silicone bakeware is not only used for baking, and likewise it is not limited to making sweet dishes!

This is rather a departure from most silicone bakeware providers who only emphasize the sweet desserts and pastries that one can make relatively easily with silicone items.
However the video clearly shows savory applications like making use of the spatulas to flip a large chunk of salmon, which then gets put onto a baking mat and into the oven to finish. This is important since one of the main advantages that makers of silicone items promote is their healthy qualities in not needing oils and sprays. Clearly reducing unnecessary oils and fats is preferable but you couldn't argue sugar-filled pastries are exactly 'healthy'.
